Personalising your headrest sleeve is simple. Once your order is placed, just follow the steps below:
- Place your order
Add the Personalised Headrest Sleeve to your basket and complete checkout as normal. - Prepare your artwork
Your logo should be supplied as a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background. For best results, we recommend clean, single-colour logos or wordmarks. - Email your logo
Send your artwork to info@purcychair.com, including:
- Your order ID
- Your logo file (PNG format) - Production begins
Once we’ve received your artwork, your personalised sleeve will be designed with a PNG proof sent over for approval prior to production. Please allow up to 14 working days for completion.
Artwork Guidelines
- Accepted format: PNG
- Resolution: High-resolution only
- Responsibility: You must own or have permission to use the submitted logo
If your artwork isn’t suitable for embroidery, our team will contact you before production begins.

Each sleeve is finished with high-quality embroidery on the same premium vinyl used across the Purcy Chair, ensuring a seamless look and long-lasting durability in busy professional environments.
To personalise your sleeve, simply place your order and email info@purcychair.com with your order ID and your logo in high-resolution PNG format. Our team then adapt your design for embroidery, ensuring we create the best thread colour match, size and style for your design. All bespoke personalisation is made to order and requires up to 10 working days from receipt of artwork.

Very good chair for what was designed. Very stylish, your clients get very impressed when they see it, I found that some client's houses are a bit small, so I need to leave the suitcases in the car wich is no problem, but the chair itself is not bulky, so you can get it in even in a small space. It is strong
and comfortable, even for relatively big people.
You will need medium size car or bigger, I don't know if you can get the cases in a toyota aygo or similar, but maybe with a roof rack it will be possible. Overall I think is a good investment. You will get your money back or more aver time.

I’m really loving this chair so far! It’s comfortable, sturdy, and has been a great addition to my workspace. The only thing I’d change is the maximum height—I wish it could adjust just a little higher. Since I’m tall, I have to bend down a bit. Other than that, it’s been fantastic, and I’m very happy with it!

Best quality chair I have ever used. Good job to the purcy team!
The portable barber chair is awesome, it is very well built. It feels good to the touch and looks terrific. The issue is the chair was made for a person who is 5'8". Do not get me wrong it still functions just great, you just can not do certain things in the chair.
Example anyone who is taller than 5'8" do not even use the foot rest, it is useless for a tall person. Again the chair still works just fine, their foot will just be on the floor lol.
Another example, I have a big guy as my client, he is about 300lbs and over 6 feet with a wide body. I used it on him, again you have to use it differently. Remember he is taller than 6 feet so we do not use the foot rest and never use the pump or arm rest. Just use it to sit and spin in the chair it works just fine.
Would I recommend this chair to anyone "YES", just be mindful on how you use it. The product is great and strong!!!
I will give another review in about 3 to 4 months later after I REALLY use it.

Very happy with the purchase, I know the chair is meant to be compact but I feel like the foot rest is a bit flimsy and not that comfortable for the amount this chair costs. Also I am sceptical about having the heavier clients sit on it and worry about durability. That would be my only complaints. The modular system is genius and makes it so easy to assemble and disassemble. Overall if you don’t have too many heavier clients I think this is an amazing product.

On the footrest, that’s fair feedback. It’s designed to stay lightweight and portable so we don't add unnecessary weight! We’re always refining and feedback like this is exactly what helps us improve future iterations.
In terms of durability and heavier clients, just to reassure you, the chair has been compliance tested to 270 lbs and comfortably supports up to 330 lbs in real-world use. It’s engineered to be light to carry but still strong where it matters most. We always recommend using it within your comfort level.

Can I add any logo or name?
Yes, you can personalise your headrest sleeve with your own logo or name, provided you have the rights to use it. Logos must be supplied in high-resolution PNG format and suitable for embroidery. If you don't have a logo, please email us with the words/name you would like embroidered and we will supply you with a list of fonts that can be used.
Will the personalised sleeve fit my Purcy Chair?
Yes. The sleeve is designed specifically to fit the Purcy Chair headrest, sliding easily over the existing headrest with no tools or modifications required.
Is the embroidery durable and easy to clean?
