Shipping policy
We use FedEx or UPS to ship our products to you, for a fast, trackable and reliable service.
Your courier will contact you once your shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse, so please provide accurate cell/phone numbers and email addresses.
Below is a guide on shipping estimates.
Please note the days shown are from when your shipment has dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping timescales (Estimations/Guides):
USA Delivery 3-6 working days.
Europe Delivery 4-8 working days.
UK Delivery 4-8 working days.
UAE Delivery 3-7 working days.
ROTW 3-10 working days.
UPS or FedEx will provide accurate updates via tracking to your cell/mobile.
Returns & Further Guidelines:
Please note - if you have ordered multiple items from us, our courier may deliver these items at once or in two deliveries.
If you haven't received all off the items in your shipment, 48 hours after the initial delivery - please contact help@purcychair.com and we will look into this for you.
If you change your mind with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. You will responsible for all shipping costs.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used/damaged or not in original condition.
A handling charge of 15% of your basket value, will be charged for any returned items.
Any freight damage must be reported within 7 days of receiving your goods. In this instance we shall arrange for the collection or replacement of your item and there will be no postage costs.

Once we have picked up your email, we shall notify you and provide the returns form and postage address.
Returns Terms and Guidelines
- All returned items must be complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in transit.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, and most importantly ensure that the ‘Return Goods’ option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.
- Purcy Chair Co. is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
- Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods – no form may result in your return not being processed.
